WASHINGTON, DC, August 9, 2023: Morgan Lewis partner Tamar Finn was honored with the H. Latham Breunig Award for Humanitarian Efforts at the 2023 TDI Awards. The award is given to individuals, organizations, or companies that have made outstanding contributions to the programs or activities of Telecommunications for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Inc. (TDI).
TDI, in collaboration with its partners, serves as a national leader in policy, education, and innovation to foster full accessibility, equity, and inclusion in information and communications technology. Every two years, at its biennial conference, TDI recognizes and honors those who have made a significant impact on communications and information technology access for people who are deaf and hard of hearing. Award recipients are nominated by the public, TDI’s members, and their colleagues.
A member of Morgan Lewis’s telecommunications, media, and technology practice, Tamar has more than 25 years of experience representing clients on telecommunications issues before the Federal Communications Commission, state public utility commissions, courts, and Congress. She advises clients with respect to telecommunications rulemakings, regulatory compliance, audits and investigations, transactional diligence, and regulatory approvals.
