SHENZHEN, July 5, 2023: Following approval on June 13, 2023 by the China Ministry of Justice, Morgan Lewis will open an office in Shenzhen to further connect technology and life sciences companies in the region to the firm’s full service and industry capabilities throughout Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States. As Morgan Lewis’s fourth office in China and its eighth in Asia, the Shenzhen office will expand the firm’s intellectual property (IP) reach in China, with the team litigating the full range of IP cases, including patent and trade secrets disputes, as well as drafting and negotiating license agreements and commercial contracts and leading transactions and due diligence.
