With experience in all of Florida’s federal and state courts and arbitral tribunals, lawyers in our Miami office serve as trial and lead counsel in complex matters involving commercial and business disputes, intellectual property issues, and consumer class actions. Our Miami white collar litigation and government investigations team represents public and private companies in their most high-stakes and sensitive matters, including internal investigations and government investigations involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other fraud laws. We also regularly counsel clients on compliance programs and risk reduction. 

We counsel clients on the full array of labor and employment issues, including Americans with Disabilities Act public accommodation and accessibility litigation, Fair Labor Standards Act and wage and hour litigation, ERISA litigation, noncompetition/nondisclosure agreement counseling, and restrictive covenant, discrimination, and whistleblower litigation. We also advise on individual employee litigation and arbitration and employment counseling, as well as on workplace safety and health issues involving enforcement, compliance, and workplace investigations, including disputes before the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Chemical Safety Board, and OSHA state plans. Our arbitration practice is one of the most well-recognized in Florida.
